制冷系统启动过程电子膨胀阀的控制

摘    要:通过分析热力膨胀阀启动过程的特点,发现可能出现过热度长时间为零的情况,为此,将零过热度时间作为一个重要的指标,用于电子膨胀阀的启动控制,提出了制冷系统启运过程中改善零过热度时间以及兼顾其他性能指标的电子膨胀阀的启动控制策略,取得了比较满意的结果。

Abstract:The parameters of refrigeration system change largely and rapidly during the start up. If the electronic expansion valve is used as throttle device, the control strategy is different from that of stable operation. The performance of thermostatic expansion valve during the start up was analyzed. It is found that the superheat may be zero for a long time. A new index, Zero Superheat Time, was put forward, and applied to the electronic expansion valve control. Further, the control strategy of electronic expansion valve to improve the Zero Superheat Time during the start up was put forward. The test results show that it works well.
