轿车侧框冲压成形过程的仿真与试验分析

摘    要:用数值仿真与实验分析方法研究轿车侧框的拉延成形过程.根据计算结果,对成形后的厚度变化和变形余裕度以及侧框成形的材料参数进行了讨论.通过仿真计算和实际冲压结果的比较,评价了覆盖件冲压成形仿真建模的合理性和仿真结果的准确性.结果表明,拉延后侧框在几个拐角处应力明显集中,接近局部颈缩,可能在后续工序中出现颈缩甚至破裂;动态仿真技术可准确地分析覆盖件的冲压成形过程.

Abstract:The drawing forming process of automobile side frame is studied by simulation and experimental methods. According to the numerical results of the forming simulation, the thickness, the safety of forming as well as the parameters of metal sheet for side frame forming are discussed. The validity of modeling and the accuracy and reliability of simulating results are assessed by comparing the engineering strains of simulating and measuring after blank drawing. It is predicted by simulating and experimental stamping that the stress distributions are sharply concentrated in several corner areas after drawing, which might cause localized necking or splitting in the coming processes. It is shown that the stamping forming process can be analyzed by FEM simulation.
