水玻璃的基本组成及定量测定

摘    要:利用三甲基硅烷化反应和气相色谱联用法测定了水玻璃中各个聚硅酸的含量。通过适当简化,使^29Si核磁共振谱能够识读。实验证明,立方八硅酸是水玻璃中硅酸聚合的最终产物,也是生成胶粒的起始,它在聚硅酸中含量超过聚硅酸总量的50%,立方八硅酸可以视作水玻璃最基本的成分。

Abstract:The chemical constituents and ploymerization process of silicic acid in water glass is determinated by the application of trimethylsilanolizing reaction and gas chromatographic method qualitatively. After reasonable simplification, the 29 Si nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of water glass becomes distinguishable. Cubic octasilicic acid is the final polymerization product of silicic acid and the starting material of the formation of silicic colloid paticles, and its content in water glass is higher than 50% of the total amount of polysilicic acids, hence cubic octasilicic acid is regarded as the basic component of water glass.
