| 摘 要： | 为了研究制冷剂充注量对小型空气源热泵热水器性能的影响,进行了不同充注量实验.根据实验数据分析了充注量的变化对加热时间、系统运行最大功率以及对蒸发压力、冷凝压力和系统性能系数(COP)等的影响.同时结合热力膨胀阀与蒸发器特性,分析充注量对系统稳定性的影响,提出了一个判断系统最佳充注量依据.比较了充注量变化对系统性能参数影响的敏感程度.研究结果可为小型热泵热水器的优化运行提供指导.

| Abstract: | In order to study the effects of refrigerant charge on the performance of a small-sized heat pump water heater,many experiments under different charge were carried out.Based on the experimental results,the effects of changing the refrigerant charge on heating time,the maximum and mean power of system,condensing pressure,evaporating pressure and coefficient of performance(COP) were analyzed.By combining the behavior of the thermal expansion valve and that of the evaporator,the effect of different charge on the stability of the system was analyzed;also one reference to judge optimum refrigerant charge was put forward.Sensitivity of different parameters to the changing of refrigerant charge was compared.Some conclusions from this study may be guidance of optimizing the performance of small-sized heat pump water heaters. |
