稀土改性碳纳米管复合薄膜制备及其摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:利用自组装技术,在玻璃基片表面制备了稀土改性碳纳米管复合薄膜,采用接触角测量仪测量了不同成膜时间下水在薄膜表面的接触角,使用X射线光电子能谱仪分析了薄膜表面稀土元素的化学状态,并运用UMT 2MT型摩擦磨损试验机评价了薄膜的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:稀土改性后的碳纳米管成功地组装到磷酸化后的氨基硅烷薄膜表面而形成碳纳米管复合薄膜;碳纳米管复合薄膜表现出优异的摩擦磨损性能,在给定试验条件下,玻璃基片表面的摩擦系数由0.70降至0.13左右, 并表现出了优异的耐磨性和摩擦稳定性.

Abstract:Rare earth(RE) treated carbon nanotubes(CNTs) composite thin films were prepared on hydroxylated glass substrates by a self-assembling process from specially formulated solution.The contact angles of distilled water on the glass self-assembled films(SAMs) and the composite film were measured to compare the surface states.The resultant composite film was characterized by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The friction and wear properties of the films sliding were evaluated on a UMT-2MT reciprocat...
