| 摘 要： | 借助解释结构模型对技术并购的风险因素进行了层级划分，分析了各个因素之间的相互影响关系.结果表明，目标企业与并购企业的相对规模是决定技术并购成败的基本风险因素，技术整合能力、技术人员留任率是决定技术并购成败的直接风险因素.

| Abstract: | Based on interpretive structural model,this paper classified the risk factors of technology M&As.The study shows that relative scale of the target to acquirer is the basic risk factor which affects all the other factors,while technology integration capability and technology staff retention percentage are direct risk factors which are only affected by other factors not affect any others. |
