内燃机车司机室吸附式空调器的性能仿真

摘    要:机车司机室吸附式空调器是一种以内燃机排气的余热驱动的新型空调系统,该系统利用固体吸附式制冷原理,分子筛-水作为工质对,采用单吸附器结构,通过蓄冷器实现向内燃机车司机室连续,稳定地供冷,在对该系统进行制冷性能仿真的基础上,分析了各种温度状态参数对系统性能系数COP的影响,为实现样机的设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:A novel adsorption air conditioner used in internal combustion locomotive driver cabin was developed. This system employs zeolite water as working pairs and is driven by the waste heat from the exhaust gas of internal combustion engine. This system consists of one adsorber and one thermal storage device; the refrigeration capacity can be controlled as well as be continuously and steady provided to the locomotive driver cabin for space cooling. The refrigeration characteristics of the system were simulated and some state parameters having influence on COP were analyzed. The simulation results can be used for designing an experimental unit.
