汽车电控离合器的反馈线性化控制

摘    要:以汽车机械式自动变速系统(AMT)的离合器结合过程为研究对象,建立起以输入非线性动力传动系统数学模型。进一步主基于微分几何的反馈线性化方法,将原非线性系统等价为完全可控型线性模型。对该系统实施PID控制,跟踪理想整车加速度,并作了计算机仿真,仿真及分析结果表明,系统稳定、跟踪性态良好。

Abstract:An investigation was made to the clutch engagement of automatic mechanical transmission ( AMT) systems for automobiles during start- up,and further for the control purpose a nonlinear dynamic model with double inputs was proposed according to the characteristics of the clutch engagement. By means of the feedback linearization procedure of differential geometry,an equivalent,fully controllable and linear model was derived via a homomorphic transformation forthe AMT clutch system. With respect to the resulting mathematical model,computer simulations were made for the nonlinear control system with incorporation of an ordinary PID controller to follow an ideal vehicle acceleration. Itshows by the nu- merical results that the nonlinear dynamic model for clutch engagements is of fine stability and model tracking property.
