摘    要:对镀锌钢板进行了材料实验和盒形件成形实验,分别获得了材料性能、板料初始厚度、压边力和摩擦条件等噪声因素波动的概率分布.采用田口试验设计方法分析了噪声因素对盒形件成形质量的影响规律,在此基础上筛选出对成形质量影响显著的因素.为将产品质量对噪声因素的敏感性降到最低,以凸模圆角半径、润滑条件和压边力为设计变量,以润滑条件、压边力和材料的n值为噪声因素,分别基于数值模拟方法和试验方法对矩形盒件的拉深成形工艺进行了田口稳健优化研究.两种方法得到的优化结果较接近,都降低了噪声因素对成形质量的影响,提高了成形工艺的稳健性.

Abstract:For the galvanized steel plate,the material tests and deep drawing experiments of rectangular box were implemented,and the probability distributions of noise factors such as material properties,initial thickness of plate,blank holding force and friction condition were investigated.Based on the Taguchi's method on design of experiment,the influence of the fluctuation of the noise factors on the forming quality was analyzed,and the meaningful factors that have obvious influence on the forming quality were screened.In order to minimize the sensitivity of the product quality to the noise factors,two approaches of robust optimization for the deep drawing process of rectangular box were performed, one is based on numerical simulation technique and the other is on experiments. The optimization takes the radius of the punch,friction condition and blank holding force as the design variables,in the meanwhile,takes the fluctuations of lubrication condition,the blank holding force and the n value of material property as the noise factors.The optimized results from two approaches coincide well with each other.The optimization diminishes the influence of noise factors on the forming quality and increases the robustness of the forming process.
