摘    要:针对有效介电常数与边界条件系数行列式值这两种常用求解方法存在的求解速度、精度及通用性等问题,提出了采用混合法;利用材料对称性和介质的连续性,选用合适的动态搜索步长及区间等策略,实现准确快速求解波速.为声表面波问题的快速求解及三维空间的切型优化提供参考.

Abstract:The solving of phase velocity is the groundwork and starting point for investigating the propagation properties of surface acoustic waves (SAW) and optimal cuts. The iterative numerical computation is needed in the calculation and the calculation capacities are very heavy. So it is important to improve the calculation velocity for every cuts. To the questions including solving velocity, precision and reliability, which the traditional method of surface effective permittivity and boundary condition determinant have, the mix method was put forward in this paper. Helped with material symmetry, continuity and suitable search step and interval, this method realizes solving of SAW velocity fast and accurately, which can provide some guide for the fast solving of SAW questions and cuts optimizing.
