| 摘 要： | 应用均质梁、集中质量及结合部单元对机床进行整机动态建模，然后基于结合面的动态基础特性参数，应用于结合合成的思想建立了整机系统的动力学方程，编制了相应的整机动态性能预测解析软件。通过实例测试，证明该方法及软件是正确的。

| Abstract: | It is significant to predicate the dynamical characteristics of the whole machine tools at the stage of drawing design of machine tools. It can reduce the cost and cycle of the design and can improve the design level of machine products. In this paper, the modeling of a whole machine tool structure was established by uniform beam element and lumped mass element and joint element. Based on the dynamical fundamental parameters of the joint surfaces, dynamical equations of the whole machine tool structure are set up by the method of receptance synthesis. The software to predicate the dynamical characteristics of the whole machine tools was developed. An experiment, given in this paper, shows the analysis method and the software are right. |
