摘    要:基于快走丝电火花丝切割加工机床性能的发挥在很大程度上依赖于操作人员的技术水平,用神经网络技术建立快走丝线切割加工工艺模型,与实验数据的比较表明,模型能精确地预测出给定条件下的切割速度和表面粗糙度,反映了该机床的加工工艺规律,在此基础上根据工件的实际厚度和表面粗糙度要求得到最优的加工参数组合,克服了工艺参数的局限性。

Abstract:Fast- cutting wire- cut electrical discharge machining( WEDM) has been widely used in produc- tion.However,itis difficult to run the machine successfully and effectively because of its ugly operation interface. This paper presented an attemptatmodeling the process through artificial neural networks. The developed model was proved to be valid by the verification experiments.Based on the ANN model,the pa- per realized the parameters optimization in the global area,gotthe bestcombination of processing parme- ters according to the real thickness of the workpiece and the required surface roughness.
