黄鳝SOD,AKP,补体C3、C4组织分布研究

摘    要:以在水温28±3℃下饲养的黄鳝(Monopterus ablus)(37.35±0.89 g)为研究对象,以酶学方法研究黄鳝不同免疫组织(血液、体表粘液、肝脏、肠道、肾脏、脾脏)中非特异性免疫相关酶(超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性和碱性磷酸酶(ACP、AKP)、补体C3、C4)的分布情况。研究结果显示,组织中SOD活性依次为;肝脏>肾脏、脾脏>粘液>肠道>血液(P<0.05);ACP活性依次为:脾脏>肾脏>肝脏>肠道>血液、粘液;AKP活性依次为:肾脏>肝脏>脾脏>肠道>粘液>血液;补体C3的含量依次为:肝脏>肾脏>脾脏>肠道>血液、粘液;补体C4的含量依次为:肝脏>脾脏>肾脏>肠道>血液、粘液。由此可见,超氧化物歧化酶和补体C3、C4主要分布于肝脏中,碱性磷酸酶主要分布于肾脏中,酸性磷酸酶主要分布于脾脏中;而各种非特异性酶和物质在肠道、血液和粘液中也均有少量分布。

Abstract:The Monopterus ablus (average weight: 37.35 ±0.89 g) were bred in the temperature of 28 ±3 ℃. The tissue distribution of immune - related enzymes including the superoxide dismutase ( SOD), alkaline phosphatase ( AKP), acid phosphatase ( ACP), complement eomponents C3 and C4 were examined with enzyme analytieal method. The results showed that : The activity of SOD in different tissues was liver 〉 kidney 〉 spleen 〉mueus 〉 Intestine 〉 blood; the aetivity of ACP ranged as follows : spleen 〉 kidney 〉 liver 〉 intestine 〉 blood 〉 mucus; the activity of AKP ranged as : kidney 〉 liver 〉 spleen 〉 intestine 〉 mucus 〉 blood, the content of complement C3 was liver 〉 kidney 〉 spleen 〉 intestine 〉 blood 〉 mucus, and complement CA was liver 〉 spleen 〉 kidney 〉 intestine 〉 blood 〉 mucus. Those results indicated that the activities of SOD, ACP, AKP and the content of complement components (C3, C4) in liver, kidney, spleen was higher than that of other tissues.
