对水泥稳定就地冷再生技术设计的探讨

摘    要:水泥稳定就地冷再生是指在改建或大修旧路过程中,经过翻挖回收、破碎、筛分,并加入适量的水泥稳定剂,在常温情况下重新拌和,形成具有一定路用性能的再生混合料,用于铺筑路面基层或底基层的整套工艺技术。冷再生是一种利于环保和节约能源的道路维修方式。以实际工程为研究背景,提出了一些水泥稳定就地冷再生的设计技术参数,为广大同仁在冷再生设计时提供参考,促进该技术的进一步推广应用。

Abstract:Cement stabilizing cold in - place refers to a ser of technology that, in the process of alteration or repairing the old road, mixtures after digging up recycling, crushing, sieving, adding cement stabilizer to mix under the condition of normal temperature, can form a certain road use performance of recycled mixture, which can be used in paving the road base or subbase. Cold regeneration is a kind of green and energy saving road repairing mode. Taking the practical engineering as research background. This paper puts forward some cement stabilizing cold in - place recycling design parameters, for the majority of my colleagues in the cold regeneration design reference in order to promote the further applocation of the technology.
