不对称成本信息下物流服务供应链能力期权协调模型研究

针对物流服务供应链中信息不对称情况提出一种基于期权契约的协调机制,引入期权契约来处理这类供应链中的能力预定问题。通过能力期权契约,集成商与分包商能够联合投资应对需求不确定风险,激励分包商扩大物流能力投资,提高其供应柔性,从而在信息不对称的情形下实现供应链的协调。

Study on Capability Option Coordination Model of Logistics Service Supply-Chain under the Asymmetric Cost Information

In this paper,a coordination mechanism based on option contracts is proposed for the situation of asymmetric information in supply chain logistics services,and introduced the option contract to deal with the issues of capability ordering in the supply chain.By the ability-option contract,integrators and sub-contractors can deal with the risk of demand uncertainty by Joint investment,prompting sub-contractor to expand the logistics capability investment,and improving their supply flexibility,so they achieve supply chain coordination in the case of asymmetric information.
