船用柴油机EGR率自控系统设计研究

摘    要:为探究降低船用柴油机有害物排放的措施,设计了一套自控EGR率系统,对EGR率控制部分进行了软件和硬件的设计。控制部分通过单片机产生PWM信号来控制EGR阀的开度,保证不同工况下EGR率的最佳效果,在船舶柴油机YC4F100-C20上进行了试验。试验结果表明,与无EGR系统相比,配置EGR率的自控系统可以一定程度上降低NOx和烟度的排放量,较好地保护海洋环境。

Abstract:To study the method of reducing the harmful emissions quantify of marine diesel engine, an auto - control cooled system and the software and hardware of its control system is designed. With Single Chip Micyoco controlling the PWM signal, the system can regulate the EGR displacement which ensures the optimum of EGR rates. By applying the auto - control system to YC4F100 -C20 diesel engine, the test result shows that compared with no EGR system the auto -control system could reduce the NOx and smoke. Thus the marine environment is protected.
