Cultivation of Ideation and its Application in Teaching Practice

The importance and function of creative teaching and innovative ideation cultivating for students were elucidated. In teaching practices, one should do his best to combine his research experiences with teaching processes and to integrate his new methods and ideas into teaching practices. Academic freedom in favor of the developments of creative thinking and arguments is needed in classroom to inspire active thinking and critical spirits for students. The diversiform thinking is not emphasized enough during the process of ideation cultivation in our country. Therefore, one should pay attention to fostering diversiform thinking in a creative teaching.
