| 摘 要： | 建立中药在人体内释放的物理模型,研究中药间接缓慢释放的动力学规律,其中考虑到由于释放复合介质渗透、中药松弛膨胀而引起的力学状态的变化。研究表明,中药与释放复合介质移动速率的相对大小是控制中药扩散释放的主要因素。

| Abstract: | A physical model is established to investigate the dynamics of the indirect slow release of the traditional Chinese medicine in a human body,where the relaxation,expandation and the change of the mechanical states caused by the penetration of the release compound medium are considered.The results show that the relative magnitude of moving speed between the traditional Chinese medicine and release compound medium is a main factor to control the release of the traditional Chinese medicine. |
