| 摘 要： | 介绍了FLASH存储器芯片W29C011A的读写操作和软件数据保护方法，设计了基于52单片机实验系统的FLASH存储器实验项目，在不用编程器的条件下，利用FLASH存储器的ISP功能将机器码写入FLASH存储器芯片，实现程序存储器功能。

| Abstract: | This article deals with the reading- and -writing operation of flash memory chip W29C011A and the methods of software data protection. Flash memory experimental item is desired based on 51 single -chip microcomputer experimental system. Without programmer, using ISP function of flash memory, machine code can be written into flash memory chip and program memory function is implemented. |
