摘    要:针对某火电厂300 MW机组省煤器灰气力输送系统运行不顺畅,常常出现振动、堵管等问题,分析了负压输送、稀相正压输送和密相正压输送工艺各自的技术特点,设计了一套气力输送实验系统;并对该火电厂飞灰进行料性分析和气力输送实验,对其气力输送的稳定性进行了探讨。实验结果表明:对粒径粗、分布宽、较重的省煤器灰采用稀相正压输送,更能提高输送系统的稳定性。

Abstract:In view of the poor operation of the pneumatic conveying system of economizer ash in 300MW unit of a thermal power plant, problems such as vibration and blockage occur frequently, the technical characteristics of negative pressure transportation, dilute phase positive pressure transportation and dense phase positive pressure transportation are analyzed. A pneumatic conveying experiment system is designed. The material analysis and pneumatic conveying test of the fly ash in the thermal power plant are carried out, and the stability of the pneumatic conveying of the fly ash in the power plant is discussed. The experimental results show that the stability of the conveying system can be improved by the use of dilute positive pressure conveying of the coal ash with coarse particle size, wide distribution and heavier economizer ash.
