摘    要:以花生壳生物质炭(PSB)为原料,采用KOH活化法制备了比表面积为461 m2·g-1的花生壳活性炭(K-PSB),利用氮气吸附脱附等温线、SEM等对样品进行了表征,并将孔隙结构发达的花生壳活性炭用于重金属Cd2+的吸附,考察反应时间、溶液p H值、花生壳活性炭的投加量等对Cd2+吸附的影响。结果表明:随着吸附时间的推移,Cd2+的吸附量逐渐增加直至达到平衡,当Cd2+浓度为50 mg·L-1,PH值等于6,投加量为1 g·L-1时,花生壳活性炭对Cd2+的吸附效果最佳;该吸附是一个吸热反应,随着温度的增加,吸附量逐渐增大。

Abstract:The activated carbon(K-PSB)was prepared from peanut shell biomass carbon(PSB)as raw material whose specific surface area is 461 m2·g-1 by using the KOH activation method. The samples were characterized by nitrogen adsorption desorption isotherms and SEM. And the porous structure of peanut shell activated carbon was used for the adsorption of heavy metal Cd2+. The effects of reaction time, pH value of solution, and the dosage of Cd2+ on the adsorption of the activated carbon were investigated. The results show that, with the adsorption time, the adsorption capacity of Cd2+ gradually increased until it reached equilibrium. When the Cd2+ concentration is 50 mg·L-1, the pH value is 6. When the dosage is 1 g·L-1, the adsorption effect of activated carbon on the adsorption of Cd2+ was the best. This adsorption is an endothermic reaction, with the increase of temperature, the adsorption capacity increased gradually.
