摘    要:废气能量回收利用是国内外内燃机行业的研究热点之一。为了达到缸内回收废气内能的目的,设计了六冲程发动机的工作原理;以ZH1105W型四冲程单缸柴油机为设计基础与参考,以实现曲轴与凸轮轴转速比3∶1为目标,分别计算了进气凸轮的全包角、排气凸轮的全包角及排气凸轮两个凸起的相对相位角、异名凸轮相对相位角,凸轮轴正时齿轮的齿数、分度圆直径、齿顶高、齿根高、齿顶圆直径、齿根圆直径及基圆直径等参数;选择了正弦加速度曲线作为凸轮型线方程,选择6 mm与3 mm两种排气凸轮部分排气凸起最大升程以及ZH1105W型六冲程单缸柴油机进排气凸轮的设计图;绘制了凸轮轴的效果图。研究结果表明:凸轮轴机械设计可以实现六冲程发动机的工作原理。

Abstract:Research on recycling and using the exhaust gas energy is one of the most hot topics in the industry of internal combustion engine. In order to realize the purpose of recycling exhaust gas energy in the cylinder, the working principle of six stroke engine is designed; based on ZH1105W four stroke single cylinder diesel engine, and aimed for 3: 1 for ratio between crank shaft speed and cam shaft speed, fully included angle of inlet cam, the angle of emission cam and the relative phase angle between two noses of cam, the relative phase angle of synonym cam, teeth number of timing gear of cam shaft, pitch circle diameter, addendum, dedendum, addendum circle diameter, root circle diameter and base circle diameter are respectively calculated; sine acceleration curve is chosen as the profile equation of cam and 6mm and 3mm are chosen as two maximal lifts of partial cam noses, then the inlet cam, the exhaust cam and the timing gear of ZH1105W six stroke single cylinder diesel engine are designed; the effect maps are drawn. Results indicate that the working principle of six stroke engine can be realized by designing the cam shaft.
