新法合成二苯胺磺酸钠及其表证

报告了以浓硫酸为磺化剂，二苯胺为原料一步磺化合成二苯胺磺酸钠指示剂的实验方法，探讨了反应物配比，反应温度，反应时间等对磺化产物的影响，研究了磺化产物的游离酸的处理及产物最佳pH范围的控制，采用干柱层析法及盐析法对产品提纯，获得纯度大于99．12％的产品，提供了简便、快速、可行的二苯胺磺酸钠的制备方法，结果令人满意。

A Novel Synthesis of Diphenylamine-4-sulfonic acid sodium salt & its characterization

In the present thesis,a research is made of how to synthesize at one step the indicator Diphenylamine-4-sulfonic acid sodi- um salt,by adopting concentrated sulfuric acid as sulfonic reagent and Diphenylamine as material,by examining the possible influences of material proparation,temperatune and time on sulfonic reaction,and the disposal of free sulfuric acid,and purity of the purified this reagent is over 99.12%.the paper offers asimple,prompt and feasible method of preparation Diphenylamine-4-sulfonic acid sodium salt as a indicator.
