基于TMS320F28335的新型恒流源偏置磁轴承控制方案设计

摘    要:介绍了恒流源偏置磁轴承的研究进展,并设计一种新型恒流源偏置电磁轴承控制方案。该方案以TMS320F28335 DSP芯片为控制核心,详细介绍了所用开关功放的电路原理图以及新型恒流源偏置磁轴承的绕组结构与控制原理。研究表明,新型控制方案有助于提高恒流源偏置磁轴承的响应速度和控制精度,有很好的参考价值。

Abstract:The research progress of the constant current source bias magnetic bearing is introduced. And the control scheme of a new type of constant current source bias magnetic bearing is designed. The scheme takes the TMS320F28355 DSP chip as the control core. The circuit schematic diagram of switching power amplifier and the winding structure and control principle of a new type of constant current source bias magnetic bearing are introduced in detail. Research shows that the new control scheme can improve the response speed and control precision of constant current source biased magnetic bearings, and have a good reference value.
