摘    要:与传统Cl2消毒相比,ClO_2具有更强的反应活性和氧化能力,具有消毒效果持久和不产生二次污染等优点。以某城镇2×104t/d污水厂设计为例,详细计算了ClO_2的有效氯量,氯酸盐法制备ClO_2时所需Na Cl O3和HCl的量,在此基础上,给出了二氧化氯发生器的选型和各原料的供给量及10 d储存量,为二氧化氯的工程应用和理论计算提供很好的指导。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional chlorine disinfection, chlorine dioxide has stronger reaction activity and oxidation ability, which has the advantages of lasting disinfection effect and no-secondary pollution. Take the design of a wastewater treatment plant of 20 000 t/d in one town for example, the available chlorine content of chlorine dioxide is calculated in detail. And the amount of sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen chloride needed in the preparation of chlorine dioxide with chlorate are also calculated in detail. On this basis, the selection of chlorine dioxide generator and the supply of the raw materials and the storage capacity of the 10 days are given. It provides a good guide for the engineering application and theoretical calculation of chlorine dioxide.
