摘    要:本文在高单体浓度下,以苯乙烯(St)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为稳定剂,无水乙醇(EtOH)为分散介质,采用分散聚合法制备了粒径达6.03μm,分散系数为0.042的聚苯乙烯微球。研究了高单体浓度非水体系中聚苯乙烯微球的生长动力学过程、粒径大小及粒度分布的影响因素,试验结果表明,二乙烯苯的加入可将聚苯乙烯微球的玻璃化转变温度提高。

Abstract:The polystyrene microspheres with diameter of 6.03 μm and dispersion coefficient of 0. 042 were syn- thesized by dispersion polymerization in high monomer concentration, using styrene as monomer, AIBN as initiator, DVB as crosslink, PVP as stabilizer and ethanol as solvent. The growth process, microspheres diameter and size distribution of polystyrene microspheres in high monomer concentration and non-aqueous environment were investi- gated. It was proved that the addition of DVB could improve the Tg of the polystyrene microsphere.
