摘    要:基于模块化设计方法,对山地小型多功能农业作业机进行了设计研究。首先从产品族角度出发,对作业机进行了统一的模块划分和总体布局,将产品族划分为由核心模块和外围模块共同构成的系列产品变形空间。采用动力、传动、行走模块后置,作业模块前置的统一布局模式,为企业逐步开发产品族内的各个作业机奠定了基础。通过不同模块的组合,可形成功能相同但性能不同,或功能不同的作业机,为一机多用提供了一种有效的实现方案。

Abstract:Based on the modular design method, research and design were conducted for small-sized and multi-functional farm machinery used in hilly fields. First, uniformed module classification and gross structural arrangement scheme were carried out from the viewpoint of product family classified as the core and periphery modules. The gross structural arrangement scheme with back position of power, transmission and walking modules and front position of work module could provide convenience for further development of the family product. The combination of different modules could form different machines with different properties or functions. The method provided a practical way in designing multi-functional machinery.
