聚合物ABS在缺口影响因素下应变疲劳性能研究

摘    要:研究聚合物丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)缺口试件在非对称交变应力作用下的应变疲劳性能,并给出其在不同缺口尺寸下的应变疲劳公式及其应变-寿命曲线(Δε-Nf),结果表明ABS应变疲劳缺口系数与缺口底部圆弧半径无关。

Abstract:The strain fatigue behavior of polymer Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) sample with notch under asymmetrical cyclic loading are studied, and the strain fatigue formula and the △ε-Nf diagram are fitted in this paper. The results show that the strain fatigue notch factor of polymer ABS is not related to the arc radius of notch bottom.
