摘    要:本文研究了异色瓢虫对3种杀虫剂(高效氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉、毒死蜱)抗性选育过程中酯酶活性和蛋白含量的动态变化。研究结果表明,随着选育代数的增加,酯酶活性和蛋白含量也有所增加,高效氯氰菊酯选育的异色瓢虫酯酶活性增大的倍数较另外两种大,而经3种杀虫剂选育的异色瓢虫蛋白含量增加的不明显。研究结果可为进一步研究捕食性瓢虫的抗逆性机制提供借鉴。

Abstract:This paper studied dynamic variation of the esterase activity and protein content in resistance selection processes of Harmonia axyridis to beta-cypermethrin, imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos. The results showed that enzyme activity and protein content increased with breeding generations increased; cypermethrin breeding strain esterase activity increased multiples higher than the other two kinds; and the three kinds of insecticides in breeding strains protein content increased not obviously. The research results could provide references to further work on resistance mechanism of predatory ladybeetles.
