摘    要:本文研究了氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定食品中铅的含量分析条件,试验了酸介质、还原剂用量对测定铅的影响,以及食品中常见元素对测定的干扰情况和样品消解方法,选择了仪器的最佳氢化物发生条件,经回收试验和精密度检测,该方法准确,简便,快速,切实可行。

Abstract:A method is reported for determination of trace plumbun in food by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in this paper. The effect of medium and amount of acid and reduction agent on determination of Pb are investigated. The operation condition of hydride generation is optimized. The interference from element formed hydride compound and coexistent element in food and the digestion method are studied, too. By the recovery and accuracy testing, the method is simple, accurate and quick. It has been applied to the determination of Pb in import-export food.
