灭菌唑对日本鹌鹑的急性毒性评价

摘    要:研究灭菌唑对鸟类的急性经口毒性和饲喂毒性,为该药的环境风险提供数据支持。采用室内模拟方法,研究灭菌唑对日本鹌鹑的急性经口毒性和急性饲喂毒性,并对结果进行毒性评价。结果表明:当经口毒性试验定为1 000 mg ai/kg体重浓度时,在7 d的试验周期内,试验鸟类未发生死亡及其它中毒症状。当饲喂毒性试验设定为1 000 mg ai/kg饲料浓度时,在8 d的试验周期内,试验组与对照组摄食量无明显差异,试验鸟类未发生死亡及其它中毒症状。灭菌唑对日本鹌鹑的急性经口毒性7 d-LD 50〉1000 mg ai/kg体重、急性饲喂毒性LD 50〉1 000 mg ai/kg饲料,根据《化学农药环境安全评价准则》,灭菌唑对鸟类的急性毒性为低毒,是一种较为安全的农药。

Abstract:Focused on the acute oral toxicity and feeding toxicity of triticonazole for bird,the research would provide data support for its environmental risk.An indoor simulation method was adopted to study the acute oral toxicity and feeding toxicity for Coturnix coturnix japonica and evaluate the results of its toxicity.When the testing concentration of oral toxicity was set to 1 000 mg ai /kgweight,dead bird and other dead symptoms were not found in the test cycle for 7 days;When the testing concentration of feeding toxicity was set to 1 000 mg ai /kgfeeding,the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference in food taking volume,dead bird and other poisonous symptoms had not found in the test cycle for 8 days.For Coturnix coturnix japonica,the LD 50 of quail acute oral toxicity of triticonazole was 〉1 000 mg /kgweightand LD 50 of acute toxicity feeding was 1 000 mgai /kgfeeding,in accordance with the criterion for chemical pesticide environmental safety assessment.The acute toxicity of triticonazole to bird was low and it was a relatively safe pesticide.
