摘    要:茶叶是一种聚氟的植物,新梢成熟度越老,氟含量越高,由于砖茶的原料相对来说比较老,所以氟的含量比一般的茶含量高许多.本文从降低砖茶的氟含量的技术措施和改良饮用砖茶习惯两大方面论述了怎样降低人体摄入砖茶氟含量.

Abstract:Tea is a kind of plant accumulating fluorine,the older new shoot is,the higher the content of fluorine in it is.For the raw materials of brick dark tea is relatively older than normal teas,the content of fluorine is much higher than others.This paper discussed how to reduce the content of fluorine absorbed from brick dark tea by human body,taking technical measures of reducing the content of fluorine in brick dark tea and improving the habit of drinking it.
