| Abstract: | The Vehicle License Plate Reading System (VLPR) is an intelligent monitor system used on highway traffic management. It's main purpose is to automatically locate and read vehicle's license plate when it posses the tell station. Comparing with other simple road monitor system, the VLPR-has the advantage of great possibility of upgrading and large range of application. This paper is about the VLPR's hardware and software. |
