| 摘 要： | “金、大、海”是位于贵州省遵义市近郊的旅游景区，近年来城郊旅游资源的开发与管理对于推动城市经济的发展和丰富城市居民的生活都具有重要的作用。因此本文对“金、大、海”景区的旅游资源概况进行分析，从开发原则、开发区位条件、管理模式和管理趋势等方面对”金、大、海”资源开发管理进行分析研究。

| Abstract: | ＂JIN, DA, HAI＂ scenic spot is located in the suburban of Zunyi city. The development and manage- ment of suburban tourism has played an important role in driving the city＇ s economy and enriching people＇ s life in recent years. The paper makes an analysis on the resource of the ＂JIN, DA, HAI＂ scenic spot in the respects of development principle, geographical location, management mode and management trends. |
