河流承载力:理论与计量

人类文明进步的历史本质上是人与自然之间关系变迁的历史。河流是产生和孕育人类文明的基本条件之一,从这个意义上讲,人类文明的历史也是人类与河流的关系史,所以人类必须学会尊重自然,学会将自身与地球生态系统中的其它要素置于同一个相互联系的平面来审视自己的行为,审视其它生命形式,唯有如此,人类才能在一个彼此联系的系统中实现可持续发展。河流承载力理论的提出,就是试图把研究人与自然之间的关系由长期以来的定性研究引向定量研究,从而为人与自然之间的和谐确定一个客观的标杆。

River-carrying Capacity :Theory and Calculation

The history of progress in human civilization is a history of transitional relation between human and nature in essence. River is one of essential factors to produce and gestate the human civilization. In a sense, the history of human civilization is a historical relation of human and river. Therefore, human beings must learn to respect nature, to observe their own behavior by putting themselves and other factors in the earth ecosystem in the same plane that connects each other, and to scrutinize other life forms. Only by doing so, mankind could realize sustainable development in a connecting system. The theory of fiver - carrying capacity is to research the relation of human and nature from qualitative to quantitative research, thus confirming an objective aim for harmony between human and nature.
