构建与“新高地”战略相适应的文山民族文化新格局

“新高地”的现代性、开放性，决定了与之相适应的民族文化也应具有现代性、开放性的特征。从“新高地”建设的角度来看，文山州在民族文化产业发展、社区文化建设和公共文化服务体系建设中都存在一些问题，与“新高地”发展战略不相适应。应按照“一区、两带、三园”的布局，以城镇带动农村，促进城乡文化的协调发展，把文化事业发展与文化产业发展有机结合起来，做到“两手抓、两加强”。

Constructing New Patterns of Wenshan Ethnic Culture Compatible with ＂New Highland＂ Strategy

The modernity and openness of ＂New Highland＂ have determined that the modern national culture should also have such characteristics. From the ＂New Highland＂ construction perspective, there exist some problems in the development of national cultural industries, community and cultural development and the construction of public cultural service system. They are incompatible with the ＂New Highland＂ development strategy. What shall be done is to promote rural towns and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural culture in accordance with the ＂One District, two belts, three parks＂; and combine the development of cultural undertakings with the cultural industries, achieving ＂catch with two hands, strengthen in two aspects＂.
