| 摘 要： | 老干部是党和国家的宝贵财富，高校离退休老干部因其渊博的知识具有独特的优势。文章结合新时期高校老干部工作呈现的新特点，从切实落实老干部政治待遇和生活待遇，丰富老干部晚年生活，为老干部提供优质管理和服务等方面，提出了新形势下高校老干部工作的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | Older retired cadres with a rich store of experience are undoubtedly a valuable asset to the Party and state.Based on the characteristics of serving retired cadres of universities under new situation,the essay proposes the methods of serving them as follows,resolve to make appropriate arrangements for their political status and material benefits,enriching retired life and providing satisfactory service to them. |
