高校档案工作与公共关系

随着改革开放，以“内求团结、外求发展”为己任的公共关系理念在中国大地得以广泛展开，越来越成为现代社会的一种普遍现象，它的社会作用也显得越来越重要。高校改革给高校的档案部门带来机遇的同时，也带来了挑战，档案部门要在改革中求得发展，就必须利用公共关系加强同各环节的联系，内部团结协作，外部创造良好的环境，以适应时代的要求。

On Public Relations and Archive Arrangement in Colleges

The building - up of public relations trends to be quite important as a social phenomenon with the rapid social development after the reform in China. The task of the public relations department is to unite the inner and outer sections and institutions. College archives seem to be challenged while having the chance of developing. During the course of college reform, the archive arrangement is becomeing more and more important and the archives must build up a good relationship between inner and outer departments and institutions so as to create a good work surroundings and be able to adjust to the new developing situations.
