| 摘 要： | 直线与圆锥曲线在解析几何、代数、三角和平面向量中均有论述，是高考的主干知识和重点考查内容，而新老教材中涉及直线与圆锥曲线问题存在一定的差异，值得教师深入研究，文章就此问题作一些比较、分析、研究和教学建议。
