| 摘 要： | 行政管理作为高校工作的重要组成部分,影响着学校的教学和科研工作的开展,直接关系到高校人才培养的质量,也是衡量学校整体水平的重要标志。随着高校竞争压力和办学自主权的增大,行政管理工作的重要性愈发明显。文章在研究高校行政管理现状的基础上,探讨高校行政管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了新时期创新高校行政管理的具体思路。

| Abstract: | Administration is an important part of higher schools＇ work which affects the school teaching and research work.It is directly related to the quality of the higher schools＇ talents training,and an important mark of the overall level.With the increasing pressure of college competition and school-running autonomy,the importance of the administration becomes more apparent.The paper discusses higher schools＇ administration problems and puts forward concrete ideas on innovating administration in new era based on the research on current status. |
