Abstract:Xishuangbanna Dai nationality traditional dietetic culture attaches importance to health care, harmony, natural law and aesthetic sense. It has become a bright star in the dietetic culture of the Chinese people. This article explicates the features of Dai traditional dietetic culture and probes into its aesthetic value from the angle of ecology and human spirit.
