| 摘 要： | 历史是延续的，清代的西部开发是中国自先秦以来开发西部的集大成者。借古筹今，研究清代的西部开发，将对我们今天的西部开发有着资鉴作用。文章分清代中前期和后期两个阶段，对清朝的西部政治、经济等方面的开发作了论析。
