| Abstract: | Innovation is regarded as the core of quality-oriented education, the most key one is the establishment of the innovative personality . In order to train students' innovative personality, promote the development of quality-oriented education, this paper analyses the current situation of present school eduaction, points out the defect of student's personality of our country, and probes into the educational way of innovative personality. |
