近年国内社会政策范式研究述评

近年国内社会政策研究对于“范式”的讨论主要集中在福利体制、福利多元主义、社会排斥及发展型社会政策几个方面。这些研究存在的不足是，一是倾向于引介国外理论，缺乏本土理论的构建；二是研究主题分散，研究规范不统一。因而，当前中国社会政策研究范式的构建应该从两个方面出发：首先要关注和谐社会建设，重视风险社会管理；其次要结合全球化和转型社会的时代背景，处理好理论逻辑和实践逻辑的关系。

On the Paradigm Research of Domestic Social Policy in Recent Years

In recent years the social policy research has focused on the topics about the welfare system, welfare pluralism, social exclusion and developmental social policy in China. The first shortcoming of these studies is that researchers are inclined to introduce foreign theories and don＇t construct local theories; the second is that the research subject scattered and lack specification. We deem that China＇s current social policy research should be based on two aspects： the one is to build a harmonious society and risk management system; the other is to handle the relationship between theories logic and practice logic in the background of globalization and social transformation.
