| 摘 要： | 选聘大学毕业生到农村任职担任村官,是国家着眼于加强＂三农＂工作、巩固党在农村的执政基础而作出的一项重大战略决策。文章通过对云南省富宁县大学生村官的现状进行调查,分析当前＂大学生村官计划＂在边疆民族地区的实施过程中凸显出来的问题,提出相应的建议和对策,探求＂大学生村官计划＂良性发展的长效机制。

| Abstract: | Hiring university graduates to serve in rural as the village officials is an important strategic decision which aims to strengthen the ＂Three Problems about the Countryside＂ and consolidate the ruling foundation.This thesis analyzes the problems of the college students’village officer in ethnic regions and offers the related suggestions through the investigation on the situation of the college village officer at Funing County in Yunnan Province so as to explore the long-term mechanism based on a sound development. |
