| 摘 要： | 根据国家教育部《现代职业教育体系建设规划》要求,通过对建筑施工技能型人才内涵的理解,借鉴国外高等职业教育思想和培养模式,结合现代社会企业对建筑施工高端技能型人才知识结构、能力素质的需求,采取校企对接、专业与产业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、职业资质与技能对接等方式,构建建筑施工高端技能型人才培养的新模式.

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education in ＂Modern vocational education system construction planning＂, weshould understand the meaning of building construction high skilled talents, learn from higher vocational education abroad and combine with modern enterprise＇ s demand for knowledge structure in order to improve the ability and quality of building construction high skilled talents, drawing upon the ways of College-enterprise docking, professional docking with industrial, course content docking with the professional standardsand professional qualifications docking with skills, thus constructing the new mode of culturing building construction high skilled talents. |
