| 摘 要： | 实践教学是高职院校专业人才培养模式的重要组成部分,是培养应用型高技能人才的重要保证.而实验室是开展实践教学的重要场所.结合目前高职院校实验室建设现状,针对存在的问题,从实验室建设原则出发,对高职院校实验室建设和管理进行研究与探讨,提出校企合建等建设思路.实验室建设与管理的科学规划,为适应职业岗位需求和提高专业技能型人才培养质量起到了积极的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Practice teaching is an important part of professional talent cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges, and the important guarantee of cultivating applied skilled talents. The laboratory is the important place to carry out practice teaching. Combining with the present situation of laboratory construction in higher vocational colleges, according to existing problems, starting from the principle of laboratory construction, this paper has carried on the research and discussion on laboratory construction and management in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the construction thought of cooperation between university and enterprise. The scientific planning of the laboratory construction and management has played a positive role in improving the quality of professional skilled personnel training and adapting to the professional position requirements. |
