| 摘 要： | 随着营口地区一大批企业的崛起,计算机专业人才的市场需求不断增加,为企业培养技能性强、实践性强、扎实肯干的计算机专业人才成为高职院校的目标.分析目前高职院校计算机专业人才培养与市场需求衔接不到位的现状,提出以营口职业技术学院为代表的高职院校在计算机专业人才培养方面与营口地区市场需求实现有效对接的几点建议.

| Abstract: | As we can see that computer talents are urgently needed in Yingkou with the growth of a large amount of enterprises, therefore, our higher vocational colleges mainly aims at training skillful, practical and active computer talents. This paper summarizes the current situation that the computer talents cannot meet the demands in Yingkou＇ s enterprises, and it also offers some advice on the joint of computer talents training systems and the market demands in Yingkou, with Yingkou Vocational and Technical College as an example. |
