高职院校工学结合毕业实践模式的创新与研究

毕业实践是高职院校在校生最后一年完成的综合教学环节，包括顶岗实习和毕业设计两个部分．从高职高专各专业毕业实践教学的研究现状来看，顶岗实习多数没有从学生真实需求出发，教学目的不明确．下大力气对高职院校毕业实践模式的创新性研究与实践，是培养具有竞争力的创新型人才的必要途径．基于工学结合的毕业实习、毕业设计一体化的综合模式，有利于激发学生大胆创新，提高教学质量．

Innovation and research of graduation practice mode of higher vocational colleges based on combining work with study

Graduation practice is the comprehensive teaching link for higher vocational colleges during the last period of school year, including field work and graduation design. According to the research on various professional graduation practices of higher vocational colleges, field work mostly doesn＇t proceed from actual need of the students with ambiguous teaching aims. Therefore, it is the necessary way to make great efforts to research and practice the innovation of graduation practice mode of higher vocational colleges and thus cultivate innovative talents with competitiveness. All in all, it is beneficial to make students more innovative and can then improve the teaching quality by the comprehensive modes with two parts like field work and graduation design based on ＂combining work with study＂.
