摘 要: | 智能GSM/GPRS远程电机监控系统采用无线网络模块M590、电流采样电路、电压采样电路、显示电路及STCl2C5A60S2单片机共同构成智能GSM/GPRS远程电机监控器,再加上由工控机构成的上位机,通过GsM/GPRS无线网络实现一台上位机监控若干台终端机.该系统具有硬件电路结构简单,保护实时性好,精度高,抗干扰能力强,能够实现远程监控等优点.给出STCl2C5A60S2单片机、无线网络模块M590等电路特点、部分系统硬件图、单片机软件流程和上位机软件流程.

Abstract: | This paper introduces a smart GSM/GPRS wireless remote motor monitor system based on STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer and GSM/GPRS module M590 together with one upper computer monitor and a number of terminals. This monitor system has some characteristics, such as simple hardware circuit configuration, efficient protection and accurate precision, as well as strong anti-jgmming capability. The paper also presents the features of single-chip microcomputer and wireless network M590 along with the software flow of some system hardware framework, single-chip microcomputer and upper computer. |
